This is the very last entry of the journal of your CS Online learning! Keeping regular journals is a great way for us to grow, both professionally and personally. We encourage you to continue this habit. For this week, please spend time browsing through your two years of journals and reflect on your overall experience and growth in the program. Some thoughts on future plans would be great, also.
This past two years have flow by pretty quickly. My overall experience in this program was good. Computer science to me requires a lot of self work and problem solving. School cannot prepare you for everything so I had to spend a lot of time outside of school practicing on my interviewing skills, networking, and applying to jobs. I think this program gave a good foundation of computer science skills and knowledge. i think the collaboration portion of this program was great. I'm very lucky that my partners were all hard working people.
The future for me is now and for now, i want to continue working on my skills and applying to jobs as an entry level software engineer. i will use my connection to hopefully land a job. In the future future, I would like to give back and give what I've experienced and learned to those coming up in the field. Not sure when that will be but I would love to do that.
